OMHA is committed to the development of all our members, whether playing or coaching the game of hockey. We have created and initiative for the development of our youth members into leadership roles within our association.

OMHA Jr. Coach & On-Ice-Helper Program

Purpose of the program is to nurture the personal development of young leaders within Okotoks Minor Hockey Association so that they may continue to learn, grow and contribute to our association now and in the future.

The Okotoks Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) administers a minor hockey program for residents in Foothills County, including the Town of Okotoks. The current OMHA hockey program exists for players ages 5 years through 18 years, and consists of High Performance Level (AAA, AA), Community Level (A,B and C)

OMHA has a working partnership with 3 organizations to administer the AAA and AA levels of hockey - the OOAA (Okotoks Oilers Athletic Association), FMHA (Foothills Bisons Hockey Association) and the Foothills AAA Hockey Association.
