The Okotoks Minor Hockey Association
will be holding their

2012 Annual General Meeting

Thursday, May 24, 2012 at 7 pm

Foothills Community Centre.

The AGM will include a review of the past season, elections and the below motion will be presented and voted on

AGM Motion 12-01 - Motion by Aaron Neal (OMHA member) to amend Appendix F to read as: Appendix F – Head Coach and Manager Selection Head Coaches are selected under the authority of the Division Director, the Vice-President – Coach and Player Development, and the Vice-President – Programs, using theCoach Selection Procedure adopted by the Board.  The Coach Selection Procedures if amended from previous years, will be presented to the Board by the Vice-President – Coach and Player Development, and if amended from previous years, will be posted on or before September 1^st. Following the Head Coach selection, the manager will be selected by the Head Coach in consultation with the parents of the players on the team, however the spouse or domestic partner of a Head Coach is not entitled  to act as manager on the same team as the Head Coach.

The AGM is open to all minor hockey members.

The Okotoks Minor Hockey Association would like to sincerely thank

for  their generous donation to new OMHA jerseys. OMHA will beginning implementing  new jerseys during the 2012-2013 season.

OMHA Peewee Tier 1 Team - CAHL Peewee Tier 1 Champions
